CiteCheck is an AI-assisted document review tool. It does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. The results generated by CiteCheck are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal judgment.
AI-Assisted Results
All analysis results are generated using artificial intelligence and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or error-free. AI systems may produce incorrect results, miss issues, or flag issues that are not actually problems. Results should be treated as a starting point for human review, not as a definitive assessment.
Attorney Responsibility
Attorneys and legal professionals are solely responsible for verifying all citations, facts, reasoning, and content in any document before filing with a court or submitting to any party. Use of CiteCheck does not transfer or reduce this responsibility in any way. It is the attorney's obligation to independently confirm all information contained in their filings.
Limitation of Liability
CiteCheck and its operators are not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the analysis results. CiteCheck is not liable for any damages, sanctions, penalties, or adverse outcomes resulting from reliance on the tool's output. By using CiteCheck, you agree to hold CiteCheck harmless from any claims arising from the use of the service.
Payment and Credits
Credits purchased through CiteCheck are non-refundable. Credits never expire. Pricing is subject to change, but purchased credits will always retain their value. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms of service.
