Data Collection
We collect your email address and payment information when you create an account. We do not collect or store the content of your uploaded documents.
Document Handling
Documents uploaded to CiteCheck are automatically deleted after analysis is complete. Only the final report and metadata are retained. Privileged and confidential material is redacted before any AI analysis begins. We never retain your original files.
Payment Data
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. CiteCheck does not store credit card numbers or payment details.
How We Use Your Data
Your email is used to send you your reports and account information. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your documents to train AI models.
Security
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Documents are processed in isolated environments and deleted immediately after analysis.
